One System. Three Phases.  Every Athlete's Journey Starts Here. 

At G-Force Speed Academy, we believe in long-term athletic development - not quick fixes. Our training is organized into three progressive phases that meet athletes where they are and move them forward with purpose. Whether your child is just getting started or preparing for elite competition, there's a phase for them.

Each program follows a progressive, age-aware, and skill-based system designed to:  
🏁 Prioritize proper technique
🏁 Minimize injury risk
🏁 Build lasting speed, strength, and confidence  

At G-Force Speed Academy, we train with purpose — and we do it in a way that fits the rhythm of busy school-year schedules. Our group training operates on a 5-day cadence (Monday–Friday) to offer athletes both structure and flexibility.

 Whether your child trains 1, 2, 3, or 4 days a week, they’ll always enter a well-rounded program designed to build speed, strength, and confidence.

🕒 The G-Force Group Training Schedule

We are currently offering small group (up to 4 athletes) sessions Monday through Friday. Once your athlete is registered, you simply need to reserve your spot in your appropriate time slot.

The following Small Group sessions are available Monday through Friday:

     > 5:00 PM - Spark Phase Training (Ages 9 - 11)
 
     > 6:00 PM - Ignite Phase Training (Ages 11 - 14)
 
     > 7:00 PM - Burn Phase Training (Ages 14 - 16)
 
     > 8:00 PM - Burn Phase Training (Ages 16+)
 

Private sessions are available Monday - Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

📆 Program Length & Enrollment

All G-Force training specialty programs follow structured 12, 14, or 26-week cycles - designed to match each athlete’s goals, skill level, and development needs. Program length is determined through a performance assessment, which helps us identify the best starting point for each athlete.

Athletes can enroll in monthly or annual memberships, giving them access to our targeted, Monday–Friday group sessions aligned to their assigned phase: Spark, Ignite, or Burn.

Whether your athlete is training 1 day a week or 4, they’ll progress through a proven system designed to produce results!

📱 The G-Force Max App = Flexibility + Accountability

Whether your athlete trains in-person or virtually, every G-Force client gets access to the G-Force Max app, which includes:

     > Daily workout tracking (virtual or in-person)
     > Video upload for movement feedback  
     > Meal Planning and prep
     > Performance benchmarks  
     > Habit tracking
     > Cognitive training and development tools
     > Access to missed sessions or bonus workouts

This added layer of flexibility means no one falls behind — even if they miss a day or train remotely. Whether life happens and you can't make it to the gym, or you go on vacation, staying up to speed on your workouts is easy with the G-Force Max app!

🔰 G-Force: Spark Phase

Building a Foundation

Ages 9–16 | Skill Level: Beginner
 Where movement begins, confidence grows, and the spark is lit. 

Our Spark programs are designed for younger athletes or beginners who are learning how to move efficiently and confidently. We focus on coordination, balance, rhythm, and early sprint mechanics in a fun, structured environment. This phase creates the foundation for all future training.

⚡ G-Force: Ignite Phase

Learning to Train

Ages 10–18 | Skill Level: Intermediate
Where structure meets acceleration, and preparation begins.  

The Ignite programs are for athletes who have the basics down and are ready to train with more focus, intensity, and technical precision. Sprint mechanics, strength training, and change-of-direction work are all introduced and developed in a progressive format — setting the stage for competitive performance.

🔥 G-Force: Burn Phase

Training with Intention

Ages 15+ | Skill Level: Advanced
Where elite preparation becomes the standard.  


The Burn is our top-level training experience — built for athletes who are preparing to compete at a high level and want to maximize their speed, strength, and explosiveness. This program includes our most advanced sprint and performance protocols, plus access to mental prep, nutrition support, and detailed performance tracking.
