Spark: Mid-Thrust is the next step for athletes who’ve established movement fundamentals and are ready to take their training to the next level. Designed for intermediate-level youth athletes, this 3-day-per-week program introduces higher-level coordination, controlled intensity, and the foundational strength and speed mechanics needed to transition toward advanced performance.
At this stage, athletes continue building confidence through:
+ Enhanced sprint technique
+ Multi-directional movement patterns
+ Med ball power drills
+ Introductory strength training and core control
+ Change of direction, rhythm, and work capacity development
Each training session is intentionally structured to develop the skills that fuel explosive speed while reinforcing the habits that build long-term athletic success.
Whether your athlete is coming out of Spark: Lift Off or starting here based on a performance assessment, this phase teaches them how to train with focus, absorb coaching, and move with precision.
