Spark: Full Thrust is the final stage of the Spark series — a 4-day-per-week program designed for athletes who are ready to train with intensity, intention, and elevated focus. At this level, athletes apply the fundamentals they’ve learned and begin layering in performance-specific development — including sprint endurance, athletic strength, and explosive movement patterns.
Whether they’ve progressed from Mid-Thrust or tested directly into this tier, athletes in Spark: Full Thrust are expected to bring consistency, coachability, and a desire to grow. This isn’t about being perfect — it’s about being present, putting in the reps, and becoming the kind of athlete who’s ready to take on more.
In this program, athletes will:
+ Refine acceleration and max velocity mechanics
+ Perform structured strength and power circuits
+ Improve movement control under fatigue
+Develop lateral quickness, COD (change of direction), and core stability
+ Build the mental and physical resilience to prepare for next-level demands
This 12- to 14-week program can be expanded into a full 26-week development plan based on assessment results and long-term goals — offering the flexibility to train year-round or transition directly into the Ignite Phase.
All athletes enrolled in Spark: Full Thrust receive access to the G-Force Max app, giving them:
