Ignite: Lift Off marks the start of a new level of training — where athletes begin developing not just movement, but method. This 3-day-per-week program is designed for athletes who have either completed the Spark Phase or tested into the Ignite Tier through a performance assessment.

Here, we raise the expectations — not just in output, but in ownership.

Athletes in Ignite: Lift Off will:
+ Learn how to train with intent, structure, and accountability
+ Develop athletic strength, controlled explosiveness, and proper running posture
+ Focus on sprint mechanics, starting form, and change of direction efficiency
+ Build mobility, flexibility, and movement quality through guided warm-ups and cooldowns
+ Engage in sport-specific progressions that prepare them for higher levels of competition

Training sessions are built to develop transferable athletic qualities — meaning whether the athlete plays football, basketball, soccer, or runs track, they’ll walk away faster, stronger, and more coachable. 

Athletes gain full access to the G-Force Max app, allowing them to: 
> Track workout progress and session completion
> Upload videos for technique feedback from Coach G
> Review exercise demos to stay consistent
> Stay connected and accountable no matter where they train
