This 4-day-per-week program bridges the gap between training for development and training for performance. Itβs where athletic potential gets converted into explosive, measurable output.
Whether progressing from Ignite: Mid-Thrust or testing in through a performance evaluation, this level is reserved for athletes who are ready to take full ownership of their growth. Every drill, circuit, and sprint is designed to push limits, improve precision, and elevate execution.
In Ignite: Full Thrust, athletes will:
+ Master advanced sprint mechanics and sprint endurance
+ Train force production through contrast, resistance, and multi-plane movements
+ Build dynamic strength and power through periodized programming
+ Improve deceleration, agility, and reaction under fatigue
+ Develop mental sharpness, discipline, and training consistency
Athletes will follow a structured 14- to 26-week program tailored to long-term performance goals. This is an ideal training phase for athletes preparing for competition season or looking to make a statement in their sport.
