At this level, everything becomes more intentional — from how athletes warm up to how they move under fatigue. This program is designed for athletes who are ready to train at game speed, take ownership of their preparation, and embrace the discipline required to level up.
In addition to intense speed work, Burn: Mid-Thrust training includes:
