Burn: Lift-Off is the starting point of the Burn Phase — designed for athletes who have already built a strong foundation and are ready to shift into sport-specific performance prep. This level combines speed, strength, mobility, and conditioning into one cohesive system to help athletes develop resilience, sharpen mechanics, and elevate their game. 

At this stage, training demands are higher — but so are the expectations for discipline, execution, and mental preparation. 

Athletes in Burn: Lift-Off will: 
+ Refine force production and sprint mechanics at game speed
+ Build total-body strength and mobility
+ Improve multi-directional movement under fatigue
+ Begin developing recovery strategies and performance habits
+ Learn how to train with purpose during competitive seasons   

Whether they’re entering from Ignite: Full-Thrust or stepping in through a performance assessment, this phase sets the tone for the elite-level training that follows.
