Spark: Lift Off is the ideal starting point for youth athletes new to structured training. Built around movement fundamentals, this 2-day-per-week program lays the groundwork for athletic success by developing coordination, balance, rhythm, and body control β all in a positive, encouraging, and high-energy environment.
Whether your athlete is 9 or 16, this tier is perfect for anyone whoβs just getting started or has been recommended to begin here based on their performance assessment. At G-Force, we prioritize ability over age β and every athlete deserves the chance to build their foundation the right way.
In Spark: Lift Off, athletes will:
+ Learn key body positions for sprinting and agility
+ Build balance, coordination, and spatial awareness
+ Improve posture, rhythm, and movement control
+ Gain confidence through drills that are challenging, but fun and age-appropriate
+ Be introduced to team-based work capacity and athletic accountability
Each session is intentionally designed to spark both performance and personal growth β shaping athletes who move with purpose and train with joy.
Athletes gain access to the G-Force Max app, which allows them (and their parents) to:
