A Clear Path for Athlete Development

Every athlete starts somewhere. At G-Force Speed Academy, we guide them forward through a structured progression designed to build confidence, performance, and long-term growth.

Every athlete moves through this pathway at a pace determined by readiness; not age or assumptions.

Step 1: Athlete Assessment

Start with clarity.

We evaluate movement, speed mechanics, strength, and readiness to determine where training should begin and how to progress safely and effectively.

Step 2: Foundational Development

This phase builds the athlete beneath the athlete.

We focus on movement quality, strength, mechanics, and consistency, creating a base that supports speed, power, and durability.

Step 3: Performance Ready Training

Here, preparation turns into performance.

Training becomes more precise, more intentional, and more transferable to competition.

Step 4: Max-G Performance

This phase is earned.

Athletes refine explosiveness, advanced mechanics, and competitive readiness; training with intent and efficiency.

Training Options That Fit Your Life

While many athletes train in person, G-Force also offers virtual training options through our Training Plan Library. These programs follow the same development principles and are ideal for athletes who train remotely, travel frequently, or want structured guidance outside of in-person sessions.

🔑 Virtual training is guided, not generic
🔑 Built on the same philosophy
🔑 Works best for athletes who are self-motivated or already assessed

📆 Training Frequency Options

Athletes train based on readiness, schedule, and goals; not one-size-fits-all plans.

⏱️ 1x/week – Foundational Consistency
⏱️ 2x/week – Balanced Development
⏱️ 3–4x/week – Accelerated Progression

Group training sessions are offered multiple days per week, with limited athlete-to-coach ratios to ensure quality and attention.

🗣️ Who This Is Designed For

G-Force Speed Academy works with athletes across a wide range of ages and stages. Placement is determined by readiness, not age alone.

⚡️ Youth athletes (typically ages 9+) who demonstrate advanced movement skills and readiness through assessment
⚡️ Middle and high school athletes needing to build speed, confidence, and competitive performance
⚡️ Advanced athletes refining explosiveness, mechanics, and efficiency
⚡️ Adults committed to improving speed, movement quality, and athletic performance

All athletes begin with an assessment to ensure training is appropriate, effective, and safe.
