Week 1: Foundation & Baseline
We assess movement, establish strength markers, and set your leadership standard. This is where we meet you where you are.
Weeks 2–9: Build Phase
Structured progression in strength, conditioning, and athletic movement. Each week builds on the last — no randomness, no wasted effort.
Week 10: Performance Week
We retest key benchmarks, measure progress, and celebrate how far you’ve come. You’ll leave with proof that consistency works.
